Delivery & Returns
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods. In this event please contact us on 01799 521197 for a returns code.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted, then they can be returned to us providing they are unused and received within 14 days of the purchase order for a repayment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a repayment (including delivery charge) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.
With the exception of unwanted goods, items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.)
All returned items must be in original condition with no signs of use or wear.
All labels, original packaging and items contained within that packaging must be returned.
Footwear must be tried on carpeted floors only to avoid scuffing to the sole.
Footwear will not be exchanged if there is any signs of wear on the sole or heel.
The costs of return postage will be paid for by the customer.
In the event of items being faulty or damaged, the costs of postage for resupplied goods will be borne by Jacks Outdoor Wear.
Postage for exchange items will be paid for by the customer before dispatch.
